Our approach

Considered care. Consistent standards.

The first thing we bring is questions.

  1. What is it made of?

Marble, natural stone, hardwood, art, antiques and custom furniture each need a different approach.

  2. Who needs to know we are there?

Access, security, rooms to leave alone, and who to speak to on the day.

  3. When can we work?

Around your family, your guests, your staff and your opening hours.

  4. What does finished look like?

We agree what finished means before we begin, so the result matches what you expected.
